    Is that not one of the new miracle worker abilities?

    I've only seen that recently so i think it has to be something fairly new.

    But then again, that's an Excelsior so not a MW ship, unless someone nearby set something off?

    If it's a T6 Excelsior could it be a command power? I'm not familiar with one using that sort of effect though.

    @Lexxie - Sorry about that. I thought I selelcted the UI screenshot command. Isn't that the way to grab shots with the UI?

    Regardless, I'm not using the MW or Command Specs. The pic was taken at ESD at the farthest birth and away from other ships. IIRC I only had the "Majority/Minority" Trait and the a Tier 3 Tactical Fleet buff of some kind when the pic was taken today.

    This ability has been "on" as long as I can recall.
