    Been looking for perhaps a trait or two to augment my ships, what I mean by affordable is something that isn't locked behind like a 200 million to billion EC ship. Something that is a decent price off the exchange that I could perhaps buy several of or a c-store ship that I can just purchase the ship then just unlock it for multiple characters.

    Is honored dead any good or is it bad now since the (inevitably) nerfed it?

    Another trait I was looking at was battle ready from the eclipse.

    It was nerfed from the original implementation, but I think it's still good.

    I have nothing to contribute to this topic, as far as traits go my defense is killing everything before they kill me. Tongue Out

    My survival comes from things like the Allied Weaponary console, and the Engineering crafted consumables. Also the Attack Patterns temp HP.

    Redirected Armor Plating is also a good trait and you get it for free from “The Renegade's Regret” mission.

    Honoured Dead is pretty much dirt cheap and i find it still helps me out.

    Also Layered Shielding, also a lockbox one and pretty cheap seems to be quite helpful. Not amazing but if you must rely solely on traits to do well then you need to adjust how you play.
