    I currently have a fleet of myself and my other toon. My other toons rank is currently in the Provisional Leader State and still has 13 Days Remaining. If I were to leave my fleet with my main toon would my other toon that is currently in Provisional Leader State would it automatically become the owner of the fleet or would the fleet be deleted?
