For a Romulan Tac which 3 Reps would be best to complete first?
Assuming I’d be going for a Plasma beam build.

The damage type does not realy matter as for what I would get done first:

1.) Romulan for the T2 Space Reputation
2,) Dyson for the T2 Space Reputation
3.) Competetive for the gear

You shouldn't be grinding any particular rep, it's not effort efficient.

Due to the daily bonus boxes, you should be touching all of them once every day, or every other day. That's generally sufficient to keep all the 20hr projects running constantly.

Some of us don't have time to run more than 3 or 4 of those per day.

You're probably thinking about the queues for the actual reps, which you will have to do to get the elite marks (unless you want to convert marks to the widgets). For just marks to advance the reps, it doesn't take that long.

Japori patrol and Argala patrol are like 5 minutes each, giving the Romulan and Delta daily box.
Borg Red Alerts generally take like 5 minutes nowadays, with the biggest time sink being players making their way to the next set of Borg.
Tholian Red Alerts take longer, but there's a timer and I haven't seen it exceeded in forever.
Both of those Red Alerts give a choice of all marks aside from Gamma.

So that's 4 reps in roughly 20-30 minutes depending on transit time. If you just do that every day you'll cover 6 reps (alternating the rep you select from the RAs every other day). If you can spare 45 minutes or so you'll be able to hit the RAs twice a session, and be able to cover 10 reps.
