    Like Scarlett, I re-capped the first character I went to last night just from clearing Admiralty and Doffing.

    I haven't heard good things about the new Captain powers. Tac got the "best"/most useful one, from what I've read, just by virtue of it being a rehash of an existing ability (Sci's Sensor Scan). The Sci and Eng ones, I haven't heard kind words about.

    The Engineer ablility sounds good from drain build stand-point. But I've not focused on builds as of yet. Nor did I actually test how it actually performs. It just, sounds good, from the description is all.
