My gaming/windows PC I purchased at Norways biggest computer store komplett.no
They have loads of different configuration builds that they have put together an build - and you can usually swap a lot of this configurations yourself before purchase.
Having problem with my last PC purchase being extremly noicy, infact so much that the ones in the floor below complained that they heard it at night.
I therefor went for the one special configuration they have named "Silent Gamer".

On this build it was a very limited set of configuration choices to choose compared to others as to not break with the "silent" theme.
With the silencet treated cabinet, a power supply that don't use the fan unless necessary and handpicked good fans elsewhere I can practically not hear this computer and
has been very pleased with that and its performence. I have this one, a iMac and a mac mini in the livingroom and I think they all make less noice than my TV-decoder (with PVR).

Mine has changed but not much, I now have a EVGA 980Ti FTW, Corsair RGB mouse (forgot the name), a fully modular EVGA PSU and my Steam Hard Drive is now SSD as well!
