The Code of Conduct has received an addition regarding the multi-clan rule in effect. This will likely not affect you in any way but it is worth making sure you're clear on this.
The addition is there to prevent groups from allowing {UFP} members to join their ranks under the guise of some sort of "VIP" or "privileged" status, while in actuality they enjoy membership level access. We believe members should all be treated equally and this addition makes sure that other groups do not attempt to find workarounds to a rule which is standard in the vast majority of clans/fleets.
The addition is in bold orange:
Section 1, paragraph 3.
3. It is not permitted for {UFP} members to be a member of other clans/guilds/fleets/groups that engage in any Star Trek gaming. RPG-X only groups are no longer exempt from this policy. Members must seek prior approval from Starfleet Command before accepting "privileges" or other higher than normal visitor level status from said clan/group/fleet/guild.
Please note this does not affect access gained as a result of your particular job or task in the {UFP} such as diplomatic access or the like. If in doubt however, do ask a member of SFC to be sure.
If you are in a situation where you do have higher than usual clearance to another fleet/clan/group etc which is not part of your function here, please contact a member of SFC immediately, as it may breach our rules.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact myself or any other member of SFC.
Thank you.
