Though not exactly long, it was detailed, contained a variety of subjects and the new design gave it a professional look. Really good work.

Absolutely hats off to everyone involved, I think Lynx's redesign is particularly top notch.
Picking up on your point Trav, I really do hope that when people see the effort going into the Herald and the way in which it can be presented to both UFP members and everyone in general, we can coax more people into inputting their own thoughts and creative outlet into the Herald. I'd very much enjoy seeing a more broadly involved and expanding Herald in the future 
We'll probably be looking to archive some of the older editions of the Herald into this new format too, for easy viewing.

I absolutely LOVE the new design Lynx, and the new FlipBook format. Also, I thought much of the content was interesting, especially the story at the end.

I took one look of that image with Spock and the dog and could not stop laughing.
The layout looks very professional and gives the content a lt more gravitas. Although I think I'd have preferred to stay out of Reggies mind....

It even works just fine on 1280 X 1024 for me. I did not need to zoom in.
