Hello UFP,
Here are the Community Survey Results for Starfleet Academy for June 2018. We've had a change of CO & XO since the last survey, the Academy RSO staff continue their excellent work for the recruits and our Recruitment Operations are proceeding smoothly.
Thank you everyone for your comments. The SFA doors are always open, so if you have any additional feedback, suggestions or complaints, feel free to drop myself or Saelanna a PM or by using the forum feedback form.

SURVEY FEEDBACK
New members aren't asking for help in the open forums, so either the RSOs are doing a fine job in taking care of the introductions and integrating into the community, or the new members are just super smart figuring things out. I tend to believe it is the RSOs doing a great job behind the scenes.
Petrarch: It's a combo effort of good RSO's and strong recruits, as we each learn from the other in how to best make the community better and enjoyable for everyone.
Saelanna: We have a great team of RSOs here at the Academy, so I like to think it’s a combination of how awesome they are and the super smart recruits we have coming through at the moment.

Petrarch: We were all like that at one time or another, so there's no need to be sorry. We're always open to suggestions, ideas and the SFA staff are always available if you've got any questions or queries. Both myself and Saelanna operate an open door policy, so feel free to get in touch with us!

Membership doesn't stop, so recruiting efforts must be strong. Great work team!
Petrarch: That's much appreciated. We're quite busy at the moment so the welcome mat is being rolled out on a near constant basis to make sure everyone feels at home. Our Recruitment Operations have been going very smoothly in recent weeks and that's the results of the hard work of the RSO's.
Saelanna: Thank you for your vote of confidence. There’s a steady stream of new recruits coming through all the time and the Academy team works very hard to make them all feel welcome; the constant influx of people is in no small part thanks to the external recruitment that’s undertaken by the RSOs.
