I can only imagine how disheartening it would be to a new player to face four months of grind for a single rep. I wonder if the Tier 6 rep reward will be enough to encourage people to come back to STF's so that the queues aren't as empty?

I'm getting tired of "new update new character" theme Cryptic consistently keeps pulling. Why does every update need to emphasize around a new toon creation. I'm not able to progress on my current/main toons because of this practise.

I'm hoping for another level 60 start.

I'm hoping for another level 60 start.

Even still, a new character doesn't have all my Specialization Unlocks, Admiralty, Reputation, Outfits, builds. It's just, a pain to start a new character even at 60. I prefer continuity on my main toon.

Aren't outfits account-side except for a few exceptions which I thought they added to the Phoenix pack and the rep ones?

Exactly, "It's not like you have to make one" - yet we all know that the DLC is typically enjoyed completely via the creation because of the things they offer to them exclusively.

Not everyone want to re-buy same lockbox outfits and ships multiple times for new toons. I personally feel my investment in the game is de-valued each time an update comes out surrounding the theme of "new character new update".

But that's just my opinion on the matter, and I'm not really pleased with this 'trend' of perfect world / cryptic.

That could be the case, though the Armitage class is larger than the Akira and their parts scale and swap around easily enough.

This is actually one of my requested things i want from sto.
Expand and support the current reps or rather mechanics in general instead of adding a new one every new season.

Of course only with the requisite to add new queues, battlezones, story missions and rebalance the older items which likely won't happen so i guess i should be more careful with my wishes.

I will probably dislike most the discovery style klingons. No hairs and an alien-esque big head? That doesn't look attractive, especially true for the female exemplars.

I think some of the Klingons in the T'Kuvma Prequel Comic had hair.
