This is roughly what I still use today, with pilot swapped for Strategist. It didn't generate any real interest when I originally posted it, but it might help you get started.

The only thing you have to is to get Disruptor or Antiproton variants for the weapons I used that possible except for the Prolonged and Terran Beam (Phaser and Disruptor only).

Next month, when my lifetime zen rolls around again, I'll be purchasing and building an Endeavour as well. I've wanted her starship trait for a long time now, and I've always loved the Odyssey class and her variants. I figured I'd just copy most of my DPS Arbiter battlecruiser over to her, minus the battlecruiser consoles and cloaking device, of course, and with an emphasis on broadside beams rather than full frontal firepower with cannons. With phasers, there are plenty of sets to go after, like prolonged engagement, quantum phase, trilithium enhanced, etc. I've never experimented with disruptors, but I still have decent antiproton weapons and sets in my bank. Not sure yet, but I think I'll stick with phasers.

One question about this: Why ET3, EPtW1 instead of ET1, EPtW3?

I have been playing around with the Endeavour myself as a tanking platform. I have been using Phasers and the Quantum Torp (for canon reasons). It is a great ship and can do well in any Elite or Advanced content. If I find the time I might post my version. Still grinding for the T6 Reps to get the Terran Beam and maybe the Gamma Omni.

Both options are possible, but with the PUGS I have encountered lately the bigger heal seems to be the better option.

BTW: I kicked the Trilithium 2pc for the Gamma Ordnance 2pc Console + Omni = a 5th Tac Console.

I was considering this change, but not sure if it would be worth it. Good to have some feedback before. What does the Inhibiting Beam look like? Normal Phaser or Purple?

Looks like a normal Phaser Beam.

I have to take that back, it looks like a redish orangish beam, I did not notice it on my beam boats only on my Defiant.
