Greetings, just thought id say hi
Been playing STO on and off for a while, once on Mac and now on Xbox One.
As much as I enjoy STO, the little errors here and there frustrate me (Voyager Briefing Room Door showing in the wall or some of the Captains Chairs not being usable), but either way I keep on flying through the stars.
My fave trek game was Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force on the PS2, which isn't surprising as my favourite ship is the intrepid class and Voyager is my fave Star Trek Series.
My love of Star Trek started with the reruns of TOS, and I sat captivated by TNG when it first aired, followed by DS9 , Voyager and Enterprise though I have to admit I didn't quite keep up with DS9,Voyager and Enterprise the first time round.
When it comes to Captains, Janeway is my No. One, followed by Picard. I don't know why but Sisko sat well with me, maybe it was the whole Emissary story arc, Archer, I kept expecting him to leap into someone else, and as for Kirk, too much of a womaniser for my liking.
That said I wouldn't change any of them
Anyhow, feel free to say hi

Welcome aboard! Don't be too hard on Kirk and his womanizing. That was a very popular theme in that time in history (I'm talking actual time frame- NOT Star Date time) and Star Trek played it up to the hilt. As societal values changed, so did the entertainment world. While it may not seem daring and risky in today's world, many of the themes the show introduced went against the grain of society at that time. TOS was quite revolutionary and introduced the world to quite a few new ideas.
