Well, I had some computer issues, which seem to be resolved... but in doing so, I had to reinstall a lot of stuff, INCLUDING Star Trek: Online. In doing so, the game requires me to verify I am who I say I am by providing a security code sent to my email address. No big deal........ UNLESS...... you originally used an email address that is no longer available to you (the company no longer exists) and have no way to retrieve the code.
I have submitted a ticket, which was answered by asking me a number of questions such as name, rank, serial number, mother's maiden name spelled backward, last known location of the first car I ever owned, and placement of any pimples on my butt.
I have provided the answers, so hopefully, I'll return to the game shortly.
I posted this more as a warning to those who have nothing better to do than read my posts. MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CURRENT on ALL of your platforms, sites, etc.
That is all...
