I can't say how it will affect your DPS as I'm not a primary DPS person. But if you wanted to see if boosting the experimental weapon would be any good I would say you could get rid of the dark matter torp and console and replace it with the counter command console and the torp with the bio-molecular photon or the terran photon torp.

But since I don't focus on DPS I don't know how losing the crit and severity for the extra damage boosts would affect your DPS.

Good advice but for the Experiential Weapons I would switch to the best one the Experimental Protomatter-Laced Sheller.

The suggestion to use the Counter-Command Multi-Conduit Energy Relay is also excellent but it's best to combine it with the Turret and if you really want to get some DPS done I would replace the Torp with another Cannon things just die to quickly for Torps most of the time and I hate my Phaser ships using green weapons it is just disgusting
