Great, now I can stack up on phoenix upgrades again for next upgrade weekend. Luckily I got almost everything to Mk XV, so rarity next time then.

Rumor has it that the RNG numbers "may" have been tweaked. There were a lot of people getting Epic tokens and two guys in fleet chat got one each within minutes of each other.
Don't take that as gospel though, but it;s possible Cryptic are feeling guilty after the Mudd debacle????

Maybe I'll have to give it a try...all I've ever really wanted was maybe one epic...and definitely a ultra rare...so will see.

Well I opened 50 and ended up with 3 very rares...safe to say no extra luck on my end...same old same old

Awesome, good upgrading there. I need to get my disruptor build up to specs... I already have a pol, antip, and phas, builds all epic xv. So now I need to get a disruptor build going too. I must ponder on this, lol.

I did in the meantime the I think Monday was it, used my 100% discount coupon and nabbed the Miranda T6. I had a good all round build potential, but I want to go towards the fleet version because the Soyuz class "bozeman" model really looks cool plus it opens up another tac console which is good for either my phaser or anti proton builds.

They scheduled the dilithium weekend ahead of the upgrade weekend.

Pheonix prize pack events are not normally scheduled. This one happened in response to the dil exchange bumping up against the 500 cap.

Ah... that actually makes a lot of sense... EDIT: actually... Im probably derping, but how would the phoenix event work to help lower the cap? Phoenix would generally be expected to increase the demand/price for dil - sucking dil out of the game, wouldnt it?

I was wondering if it was a clever way of scheduling the discounted zen offer together with the Phoenix box, to entice more people to splurge on zen to buy dil... But that might be overthinking it

I've been blowing Phoenix Upgrades on my KDF Reman. Trying to get those damned DHCs to max out. They stubbornly refuse to improve themselves at anything below 40%.

I'm going to have to wait to get my free T6. When I do, it's going to be either an Okhala or a Jaeih. It'll probably be a Jaeih.

Supply and demand.

Nothing to spend Dilithium on, demand is low. People sell Dilithium for Zen, supply on the market is high.
New stuff to spend Zen on, demand is high. Zen is used on the new stuff, supply on the market is low.

People are willing to pay near the cap in Dilithium to buy Zen.

Phoenix Prize Packs are always in high demand, and is purchased with Dilithium.
Demand for dilithium increases, people stop selling as much and supply decreases. Value goes up.

My Polaron, Phaser and Antiproton cannons and beams rep-side are XV/Epic including console enhancing pieces for the set bonus if pieced together right, I haven't touched Disruptors yet, so I think I should dedicate my attention to that next.

During the last Phoenix Pack sale I managed to get my FED Main up to Mk XV/Epic on everything on the ship. I have most of the Reman's ship weapons to Mk XV, but the Epic part is missing. I'm hoping I can do some damage this time around. But I had to get the VR and Rare and Uncommon items first.
