    Self: +40 Control Expertise
    Self: -16.7% Energy Weapon Damage

    Tonnes of extra Exotic damage plus the additional Aux power and the Control bonus mean a lot of space magic deeps. The penalty to energy weapon damage is negligible because, let's face it, sci torp boats are where it's at Smile
