Usually I go:
Vulcan Space for blue
Sol/ESD for red
Drozana for yellow
I believe these are the best spots for farming them.

Wolf 359 is pretty good for Blues if you get a quiet instance. They respawn close to each other and quite rapidly so no need to move much.

There was an interesting spot for Reds in the Bajor system, had four decently quick nodes spawning close together for an easy farm.
