Shouldn't it be the default position since you're not an event officer or anything? (just curious is all)

Reggie chose to be in Starfleet Holodeck, so the default position for CL3 is Starfleet Holodeck Officer. If he was for example an event officer it would have been Starfleet Holodeck Event Officer, like you
