Position
Executive Officer
Reports To
Commanding Officer
Role Purpose
To assist the SFO CO in the Running of the SFO Division, And to fill in for the CO if the CO is on LOA, or is otherwise unavailable.
Accountabilities
- Assist the SFO CO in running the Division
- Hire, evaluate and supervise members in the division that would perform duties as set out by the SFO CO
- Help Organize and Lead in-game fleet events
- Help to organize the Fleet Bank
- Ensure that new members receive an in game fleet invite
- All other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience
- Good knowledge of STO
- Time management skills
- Approachable
- Microphone for TS meetings

I am bumping this as I've changed the description of what sort of XO I am looking for, in the beginning we were looking for one XO for each fleet. My feeling now is that we can use an additional XO, and that XO will be primarily responsible for both fleets equally with my current XO (Seeker).

I would prefer an XO from a different time zone than myself and Seeker, however that will not limit your chances of being XO.

As XO - I do require that you've been with the fleet for more than a couple months and that you have achieved VA or Lt. G in either faction.

This is an excellent opportunity to get visibility and move up in the UFP and I encourage all applicants which meet my above requirements to consider applying.

*** POSITION UPDATE ***

I am closing this position on Sunday, so get those applications in. Also, although the title of this says "Klingon XO", as I noted above the Klingon XO position has changed to a Co-XO position (current XO is Seeker). This position would work along side Seeker and myself to help guide SFO with the Event Officers and Bank Officer.
