    Hello all,

    We are going to begin creating financial reports each quarter once again. We regret that after the initial report the process was never continued. It is our hope to remain as transparent as possible to allow the membership to view how their donations are being spent.

    Our reports will operate on the UK fiscal year, which is different than the US fiscal year. The UK fiscal year begins on April 1 and ends on March 31.

    This report will cover the third quarter of this fiscal year which runs from August 1, 2010 to November 30, 2010.

    Most excellently well done I am simply amazed at the level of detail you have put into the report and how well you've kept track of things like this. most clans and organizations like this keep little to no records of their financial needs/expendetures and or even donations. As a VERY new member that actually makes me feel very secure with this group and is one more reason for me to help become more involved and to do more for the group as as a whole.

    Just my thoughts and inputs.

    Now, I am curious. If we divide the total yearly expenses by the number of active members, how much would we get? I'm NOT suggesting it should be mandatory, but how much money we would pay/donate each?

    I assume you meant to say you're "not" suggesting it should be mandatory. We did actually work it out some time ago, but without doing any real research I would guess something in the region of 40p per month.

    Sorry, I missed just one little word in my post and it changes a lot what I meant originally. I was just curious about an average cost per member to pay the upkeep.
