Another work in progress didn't think this would be up to much until tested in a fleet event run and it did okay tanking, I stepped away from the norm for Engines/Deflector/Warp/Shields and went with the Kobali set for this one will eventually be swapping the Locators for Colony Consoles and then making changes from then on in as and when required.
