Got 10 Klingon Captains trying to convert Fleet Marks into Credits for the last month. One of our Klingon fleets posted a few fleet projects and I was able to get it down to 7 Captains with marks to convert to credits. Seems like our entire Klingon Armada, with a few exceptions, has been dormant for the last month. Or just poor timing on my part? Doh! Not complaining, just worried something I'm not aware of is happening.

Note: During the same period of time my 47 Fed aligned Captains were able to convert all their Marks to Credits and have the last of their Vulnerability Locators.

I would say its more poor timing

KDF Fleets are doing fine, granted they are not as active as federation but the fact that we have a fully upgraded holding on House of Kular is indication of that. Having just looked at the armada holding, i see plenty donation options open at present granted the marks options are full but i see several Doff and dilithium donation options that you can fill. If you are reluctant to donate dilithium to holding might i suggest you run some Klingon Admiralty chains and do the tours as often as you can for the 40k dilithium every 10 runs this will essentially give you 40k fleet credits for every 10 runs.

While i appreciate that this is not the best option but it is an achievable option and outside of that just keep checking holdings regular and donating as and when you are able as they do pop up.

We have several quartermasters who regularly check and slot any UFP affiliated fleets and the armada ones always have something in you can drop something in just not always Fleet Marks i am afraid.

To be honest providing any faction fleets with enough projects for fleet marks for everyone is always a challenge thanks to the carp payout on a lot of projects.
The surplus fleet marks project gives half the value of normal projects but when the fleet us maxed out there's not much else can be slotted.
We try to keep the provision projects going to ensure at least 500 or 250 of each are available depending on the fleet. That is not perfect but it does keep things ticking over.

As QM's we can slot up anything tbh but the projects that require doffs and dilithium sometimes just sit stagnant for ages because people don't have resources to use. So there's no point slotting up endless projects; we don't get anywhere.

Most players have loads of marks but Cryptic in their infinite wisdom don't provide a decent way to donate them.

But tbh, if you urgently need some marks and there's nothing slotted just give a QM a shout and we can put something up for you. I'll happily slot and extra project for people if they give me a shout when i'm in game.

Unfortunately, the Armada has all my white/green doffs, matts, EC, and just did a major upgrade for all 57 characters, so dilithium is very low. So all I have is fleet marks. This is the way Cryptic made it, so I will keep waiting. First rule of an altaholic is "deferred gratification". :-)

With Joystick support recently disabled in STO, the keyboard has turned my arm into a throbbing limp noodle . So I've cut back my STO time to just morning dailies and checking the Armada for fleet mark projects until Cryptic reenables the Joystick code.

Funny, this morning, there were new Fleet Mark projects scattered in the Armada. But they were that awful project that takes Fleet Marks and gives you nothing in return. ;-) Fell for this one as a noob all those years ago. :-)

Thank You Fleet, was able to get all the Klingons the Vulnerability Locators they needed.

Now if I can just get Cryptic to re-enable the Joystick code. ;-)
