Looking to trade a 31 of 47 Duty Office for Klingon characters.
This is a rather rare and expensive duty officer that's great for Sci/EPG based builds. They're generally selling on the exchange for 450+ million EC. I'd love to get close to that but am willing to entertain any fair offers.

UPDATE: Sold it for 450M EC. No longer available although I have other Borg Specialists for Fed characters for those interested.
