On the same topic: the uniform boxes are account bound but the Discovery Terran Empire uniform is not, it has to be opened on the character you want it for.

The Oddy version of the uniform may or may not be, I can't say for sure. A lot of my toons are so old I've no idea what they have and haven't got anymore.

I've been unable to watch the opening cutscene due to the crash bug with it until today. Adds a nice, ominous touch to things. I'm already liking this story arc way more than the disco/klingon story arcs.
