Chris gave me the tip to send out a message how people think about adding fortnite to the holodeck as I was just curious if people inhere play that one

I actually know it only as it is now. Like it has been changed to the battle royal a couple of years ago so I cannot compare with the base game it used to be.

I've tried the current iteration of what Fortnite is I think, but as I get older, I realize I can't keep up with the twitchy trigger happy kiddies =P

Still, if it's to play with friends, I wouldn't mind hehe

Community Members should be able to enjoy titles regardless of them getting added officially to Holodeck.

Usually, if over time there is /consistency/ in said game is when it gets added officially and so there's a difference between the two. If you believe you can run Fortnite and would like to give this a shot at first starting to run this and show progress on it - this should be possible, just discuss with Chris the details.

In that case, I'd like to point out that making a poll to "Should Fortnite be added to Holodeck" vs. "Are you interested in playing Fortnite" hold entirely different meaning - since a game can be played regardless of Holodeck officially supported it.
Ex: Halo Infinite. It's not really officially supported. There's a discussion topic and few of us enthusiastically playing it wuth some events hosted on same too.

Games can be enjoyed regardless of their association or officiality in Holodeck is what I'm getting at. CL3 members can also generally host games and events as well.

I have played Fotrnite in the past, but only for 1 season, the superhero one I think it was. To be honest, while I've no doubt some wouldn't mind playing it, I don't think it would have or gain the traction to be a formally supported title.

I personally think the key for holodeck is to think of it less about what can we officially hold up and support and instead look at it in terms of what can we use and do that's fun and people will enjoy.

I do have to agree there, its definitely more about what we enjoy playing as a group than always officially supporting.

You could try putting up an event for Fortnite Tim as that will give you some idea as well
