Description:
Standing at an average height of 8', Altians generally have a mostly gentle disposition. They have the build of the most fit humans & their skin run the gamut of colors, from light red, to pale yellow, to the deepest blue. Hair runs the same gamut of colors as well.

Governance:
As observed by the Vulcans, Governance is a multi-level parliamentary system, with the head being the Magistrate. This person oversees what is known as the Altian Democratic alliance & by what information was given, encapsulates the whole of the sector.

The Altian Defense fleet consists of 142 ships(warp capable), a quarter of which are dedicated to space exploration. No further details were given on the strength of the fleet.
