Some spoilers ahoy!
Some time has passed since the end of Season 1 and Picard is now set in the early 25th Century. This clip supposedly takes place in the prime timeline before Q appears.
Picard himself has been recommissioned into Starfleet and is now the SFA Commandant. Raffi has also rejoined Starfleet as an instructor, with Elnor becoming a cadet. Rios is also back in uniform and is Captain of the ship seen in the clip, which is... the USS Stargazer, NCC-82893.
Seven has rejoined the Rangers, Soji and Jurati are engaged in a diplomatic tour.

Nice, for those who don't know it the reg number of Picard's Stargazer was NCC-2893.
