Is Exceed Rated Limits currently rubbish? I've tried loads of things to make it work but to no avail.
I wanted to make it work with Dual Beam Banks (DBB) with [Over] proc but the damage just does not add up when compared to Surgical Strikes.
It's all about the weapons haste with this power and it just doesn't deliver, I got my weapons haste to 150%+ and DPS is still rubbish. Surgical Strikes III and passive weapons haste of about 50% through consoles and traits seems far superior.
It's a shame, I hope it gets reviewed and buffed. ERL also causes self-electrical damage as well as punishment of poor choice it seems!

The general concensus so far is the the Vanguard Specialist trait gave a bit of an improvement to ERL and Reroute Reserves to Weapons from the pilot spec, but not enough to make either worthwhile. Suppression Barrage similarly already could achieve 100% uptime so it didn't really matter there. The big winners were Surgical Strikes and Recursive Shearing. SS3 is at least as good if not better than BO3 now in most cases, and Recursive Shearing seems to be even stronger than before thanks to the shift to apply damage in 1 sec ticks instead of one big hit at the end of the timer. People are going so far as to call RS "broken", but the meaning of that is debatable when you look at the DPS boards.
