The crew fight for their lives as they come under attack from a new incarnation of an old enemy. But to survive, Picard must first face the ghosts of his past. Seven and Raffi have a final showdown with Jurati.

Star Trek Picard the final nail in the coffin of the Borg, and the so called assimilated Security Guards would have looked so much cooler if they would have been really half assimilated and the reason the Borg Queen is doing what she is doing is because she is lonly is NOT GOOD.

Also I am getting bored to death, seriously it has three good episodes and six one you can skip without missing anything relevant.

Same here - I have only watched the first three episodes and, although the others are all downloaded ready to watch while I'm on my commute, I keep finding other things I would rather watch... Like rewatching the entire MCU for the umpteenth time!

I think the show works better as a binge watch thing, after doing so with the first season when I re-watched it all prior to this.

Treat it like a feature length film or whatever. The big wait between weeks and the limited time per episode mean it jumps about a lot and is less coherent I think. But watched in one go you have less intentions and it flows better.

Intrigued to know he they are going to get back to the future now their ship is gone! I’m guessing that it’ll involve Q in some way as he’s been rather absent in the series overall. Still have no idea what the hall I heck his scheme is all about.

I guess we now know where the Legion/Borg in the season opener came from though.

I'd agree that really most of the "New Trek" is better as a binge watch rather than being spaced so far apart, since serial storytelling structure really requires you to pick up immediately where the previous episode left off, which can be tough to do with week-long gaps between.

I'm generally trying to be optimistic with the story arc, but a few of the directions they've taken were just odd to me, like Q changing from the fun mischief-maker as we saw in most of the other series outings, to a more "common" manipulative villain as he's generally been shown so far. I've also found it generally disappointing that Elnor and Soji's past doppelgänger are little more than plot devices this season. Obviously Isa Briones got plenty of screentime last season, but Evan Evagora seems to have drawn the short end of the stick both seasons despite being introduced as an interestingly quirky "overly honest yet badass" character. As far as the Borg angle, I don't even know what to make of that one. VOY seemed to take a lot of the ominous threat out of the Borg already compared to their portrayal in TNG and First Contact, and the first episode seemed to start out rekindling that portrayal of the borg as the undefeatable supervillain in the first episode, only to bait and switch to a pale shell of a broken borg queen to play mind games against a fairly evenly matched Jurati. Then there is Brent Spiner playing a Soong who seems more the malleable, gullible puppet for Q and the Borg Queen than the mad, self-serving genius we typically have seen of Spiner's non-Data roles.

Hopefully this last episode will bring a satisfying close to all these plot lines. I feel like the season started on an high note, but since jumping back to 2 years from now has brought it to the same crawl that we've all been living for the past few pandemic years. Time to end the time travel stuff and get back to space.

They've apparently confirmed that the events of S2 are self contained and won't bleed over into S3, so we may be seeing the reset button getting pushed in the final episode.

Also, Alison Pill who plays Jurati has confirmed she won't be appearing in Season 3.

I actually like this season more compared to last season, other than that I hope the season finale sticks the landing.

Eventually watched it today and then watched e10 liked it and how it all finished, this ep was very dark and i was not crying you was
