Ares Roleplay - Ares Commanding Officer
CL5 - Tier 5 (Commodore)
The Ares Roleplay Project is the UFP's in-house RP simulation of the adventures undertaken by the Sovereign class USS Ares and her crew. The division is seeking a new Commanding Officer to drive the project forwards in the weeks and months ahead.
This individual will be tasked with promoting Ares within the community and guiding the direction and formats of future stories and adventures, alongside managing the staff aboard the ship. You'll need a creative streak and the ability to adapt and improvise with the story as it progresses, as well as needing to give feedback on the status of the division and its development as required.
JOB DUTIES
- Have oversight of the day-to-day management of the division as a role playing element of the community, which would include the direction of the story.
- Assist, guide and maintain the staffing compliment for the division.
- Assist the Ares story development and support both staff & players in their development and education of the role play.
- Promotion of the Ares Roleplay Project to improve visibility and participation.
- The successful candidate of this role would report to Petrarch.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Exams: Orientation Assessment, Officer Qualification Exam & Command Exam
- Familiarity with roleplay concepts and basics and interest in same.
- Ability to creatively write and evaluate the writing of others.
- Is it a CL5 position? Yes
PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
