Nerfing the upgrades is a terrible idea, the only reason why I really opened Phoenix Prize Pack at this point was to get decent upgrades which are probaly going to be alot worse now...

The Zen store one remains as an account unlock from the Phoenix packs it is toon based only so the Zen is the better one for using on more than one toon still

It's nice that if you had saved very rare tokens from the old boxes they have been to converted to ultra rare tokens. Anyways, I miss the old upgrades, thought I will always keep some of the old ones as historical pieces lol.

According to the latest Ten Forward from the devs the chances to get an epic token increased. I however got 7 rare and 3 very rare from the free boxes so who knows if that's actually true or not.

I snagged 4 UR tokens from my free 10-pack, so the odds are definitely better there than before. The real question is what happened to the Epic token odds? Are they better enough to instill hope in people that missed out on stuff like the Bajoran Interceptor or whatever other highly sought ships they might add there?

In fact, according to the players' calculations, the probability of Epic will probably be only half of the original, they tried to open 2-3k Phoenix boxes, an Epic did not get.
And this Phoenix change directly to the player's earnings seriously damaged, which will lead to the use of Phoenix on the weapon to upgrade the efficiency of a significant drop, perhaps not much impact on older players, but for new players is a very fatal blow.
At present, it is Cryptic in the update miscalculated the earnings of each phoenix, resulting in this update broke the economic stability of the phoenix.
