So with the increased odds of getting higher level tokens but removing the lowest tier of tokens, after downgrading tokens to purchase phoenix upgrades does this result in the same amount of upgrades that we can purchase? It would be unfortunate if the purchasable amounts were reduced in addition to the tech nerf. I ended up stocking up on the old upgrades like most everyone else as the nerf to the upgrades are frustrating. I can only hope that the new system results in the ability to purchase more upgrades to offset the tech nerf.

Saw on reddit that early tests suggests Epic token drop rates are about 0.1%, or 1 in a thousand chance. That lines up with what people were seeing before the change, so it sounds like the odds at the top tier so far are not better than before.
