The Episode definitely had some nostalgic feelings in the first part of the episode. I enjoyed the swap and how it was handled. I slapped myself when I realized that the nurse was nurse chapel character from TOS. I just never put it together.
I wonder if they will ever use the doctor from the Pilot episode where my favorite quote from that episode was used.
"somethings you'll tell your bartender what you wont tell your doctor"

I really liked this episode, except one part.
No¹ and La'an immature behavior with Enterprise bingo.
That's also my biggest disappointment this season!!
