I have to say I had a really hard time getting into this episode... but I did really like the humor elements. Well, that is, I really had a hard time getting into this episode until they wrapped it all up. Once the story was complete, it completely changed my perception and I found it to be a very good one. I was surprised that they allowed Rukiya's storyline to end this quickly but it turns out to be a beautiful ending. Well done, writers. Well done.
What I really need is a cupholder and a couple of Advil.-Quincy Taggart

As a parent of a child near Rukiya's age, the whole final act had me an emotional wreck.
I thought it was gonna be a funny episode! And it was. Then it was ALL EMOTIONS NOW! What a hard choice that would be to make. Props to the actors and the writers, they pack a ton of entertainment and emotion into a single episode.

This is one of the most boring Trek episodes to date and one that will be on a skip for future rewatches.
