Event Campaign – Part IV (5 of 5):
The Feast Event:
• This Featured Event is the fifth and final of a series of upcoming Events that will participate in the fourth installment of our multi-event system known as an Event Campaign.
• This Event will include multiple TFOs previously featured individually in a combined Featured Event that will allow players to choose their preferred test each day.

○ The event versions of “Swarm” and “Bug Hunt” can be accessed via the new Event UI, accessible within your Mission Journal by pressing on the “Events” Tab.

• Participating in this Event will give all players the opportunity to win the V’ger Probes Universal Kit Module for their entire account!

Bug Hunt TFO Updates:
• Alarm bugs now have a target icon over them so that you know you should kill them.
• Alarm bugs now summon reinforcements if they aren't killed in time.
• Increased base marks for normal mission completion from 15 to 45.
• Lt. VanDerveer now actually places explosives.
• Added indicators showing where to go when you need to drop down through holes in the caves.
• Added more guardrails to protect against falling over the edge at certain places.
• Updated areas that could cause Captains to get stuck.

Rewards:
• Players will be able to earn their Daily Progress once every 20 hours.
• Accruing a total of 14 days’ worth of Daily Progress will allow you to claim all of these rewards:

○ Universal Kit Module - V'ger Probes (Account-Wide Reward)
○ 25,000 Dilithium Ore (once only).
○ 3x Featured TFO Reward Boxes (once only).

+ Each gives a choice of 1x Specialization Point or an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade.

Bonus Rewards:
• After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day, beginning at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion, and increasing for subsequent days.

Zen Buyout Option:
• For players interested in instantly completing the Feast Event, we will be offering the option to purchase the remaining progress of this event at a scaling amount of Zen, as with other recent events.

A Second Chance:
• Progress after the Event has ended will remain in an all new Second Chance interface, allowing the option to buyout rewards long after the Event has expired.

General:
• Improved the damage of impact on the Console - Universal - Heavy Pulsed Tractor Array.
• Resolved an issue that was preventing the Mjolnir Experimental weapon from properly draining power when firing.
• The Excalibur-class variant for the Cruiser family has been totally remastered!

○ Its model has been rebuilt from the ground up to our new visual standard.
○Additionally, we have made the Sovereign Refit material available for free on any ship that had access to it if you had purchased the legendary bundle.
○To see the new Excalibur, ready your Cruiser, visit the ship customization interface, and apply the Excalibur template!

Yay! I've been building the Connie with parts from the Vesper and/or Excalibur recently, theres some interesting combinations to make.

just did Bug Hunt:

1. queued from the event tab
2. TFO completed after killing all the bugs at the end, not just the spawn mother
3. I have seen a lot of people saying that they get event progress, but not campaign progress.

The Bug Hunt QoL changes seem to be a bit underwhelming to me. I saw the target markers on the alarm bugs, but I didn't even notice any of the supposed markers on where you should jump down. Also, they've changed a few other mechanics subtly besides what is noted, like for the last battle you have to kill all the Delvers around the cavern along with the Spawnmother, whereas before you could just nuke the boss, ignore the rest and call it a day. You are also frozen in place at your beam-in point at the start of the map instead of being able to run over and wait at the start of the path down into the canyons/caverns. I also noticed for the first time that Lt. VanDerveer can be knocked unconscious and needs revived. Maybe I've just been oblivious to this part being a thing as I've swatted bugs in the past, but seems like these are the kinds of tweaks that will probably have a net negative impact on DPS parsing. All in all that's not the end of the world, but I'm a bit disappointed that the changes seemed to slightly detract rather than add to the fun.

It seems to be choose you reward before beaming out of the map issue again.
I forgot it on my first bug hunt = no reward, second try on the map = worked
