My favourites (at the moment) are the ISS Vendetta, a Mirror Constitution Warship I got after last year's event campaign, and the RRW Corvus, a Romulan Faeht Intel Warbird.

So did that also include the 'Constellation' class, i.e. Picard's first command, the Stargazer from TNG? Just curious.

Not my favorite but I don't mind it, but it wasn't till the Prometheus till I really liked them...I have most of the ones in game except for the eclipse and some of the gamble box ships

I have flown this ship (or very slight variations thereof) from the very start in February 2010. I honestly do not remember if this ship was available in beta but if so, I would have been flying it since October 2009. It is an assault cruiser primarily using an Imperial skin... but with a few tweaks here and there. It's also a little borgish as well. Some have laughed at this ship, mocked it, and called it ugly but it reminds me of the old battleships used by the U.S. Navy- tough as nails and all business,,, no glamour. I have other captains and other ships but this one is... and always will be... my first love. You may say anything you wish about her, but I call her beautiful.

This is great ship indeed!

For me it's the nimble and agile ships. And ships that make sense from the physics point of view.
My number 1 has to be the nausicaan Guramba. It's not pretty, but it bites. The first time i saw that ship transform, i was sold. It's the first ship i ever bought in STO and i still love to fly it. I upgraded it to fleet T6 a while ago. And even though it is quite a capable torpedo platform, i prefer flying it with cannons.
Number 2: The Maquis Raider. Small, fast and fully functional even though depicted as scraped together. A fun boat, no matter if beams or cannons.
Number 3: The Risian Corvette. It already looks like what it's built for. Speed and maneuverability. The T5 was my first "torpedo boat" - built totally wrong, but sporting 8 torps. Currently in use as a T6 evasion tank, too fast to get hit.

The only exception to the rule of small and agile and an honorable mention would be the D'Dex for me. Slow, bulky and massive, but a pretty ship nonetheless.
They only wasted too much space between top and bottom hull in my opinion.

The Galaxy class is possibly my favourite design of starship in any franchise, so any of those varients are certainly high on my list. The World Razer is currently the active ship on my main, and its brilliant. Typically swap between this, the Kelvin Destroyer, and the Universe class. Love them all, cant decide which I like the most tbh.

Outside of my main character, my top 5 spread between various alts are Valdore (Fleet T6-X Morrigu, soon to be Legendary, finally!), Legendary D'Deridex, Legendary Mirror Galaxy Dreadnought, Inquiry battlecruiser, Legendary Connie flight deck

Kinda regret opening so many reward/event/infinity/promo ships on my main character though. The drydock is full of ships I refuse to delete but wont use on my main anymore. I imagine this is a problem for a lot of players too. If Cryptic offered a way to repackage these, account bound, for 1k zen each; I'd buy 10 straight away just to move some of those locked ships onto alts.

However, a few weeks ago I got the Excelsior II and I must say.. wow, what a great ship!
