The updated chart from Picard S3 showing the scaled sizes of the ships as per Dave Blass. Notice that the Akira is listed twice as there's 2 different versions of the model - the in-house VFX model is scaled as the smaller version, whereas the STO model is the larger version. Also appears to be a minor error with the Reliant, as its side view is the Edison.
The Odyssey Class as we know was made canon as was the Pathfinder Class, but 2 additional STO designs also made the cut, the Alita Class & Edison Class.
