Those are tactical slots, the hanger consoles are engineering slots, at least as I understand it.

The new mechanic with the Advanced Consoles dictates that you can only equip one class of consoles on your ship. So, all Tactical Advanced Consoles, or all Engineering Advanced Consoles, or all Science Advanced Consoles, but no mixing of the classes together on the same ship. This only applies to the newly designated Advanced Consoles. All other consoles continue to work as they always have.

Your math is off by a bit there! It's a 40% buff per console, so 160% buff to pet damage, with 4 consoles. That's still excellent, but nowhere close to 800%!

40% per xp level. It's 200% at level 5, that I can say gets there very fast with all those traits you and others gave me and shown me where to get from other ships.

I apologize. You are correct!!! I already knew that, I just had a brain fart. I hope that works out well for you...without tripping nerf wires at Cryptic! It's pets, and they need serious buffing, but this has a lot of potential...maybe too much! (I'll be messing around with this as well!)

The Temporal Donnie should be an extremely good Test Bed for that not only for the Hangar Consoles but also the Weapons Power Ones.

I've ready made one. I'll do a dps check to see how 1 effects the dos with the single console. I have enough material to build a second.

They should hopefully come down after a while. The console part drop rate is pretty low, so it will take time for people to stock up on crafting mats. Buying day 1 is almost always the worst time to buy...unless someone just doesn't realize the market value of what they list. Once demand settles down and supply increases overall, the prices should be more reasonable.
