I was commissioned by the Mrs. to model this character for her Star Trek Adventures game. Introducing Lt Zara Aran.
"Half Orion and Half Andorian, daughter of Ferise Aran a notorious Orion Syndicate Chairman and of her slave. She doesn't have the antennae but she has a blueish/green skin denoting her mixed bloodline."
That's it for the lore so far, seems she is still working on the background.
The worlds of ice and a sweltering jungle, are to represent her heritage of both Orion and Andoria. I did my best to convey the duality within her and yet also how the both of them come together to make her.
The outer ring is a bit blurry but this is really only the first draft of the image.
I'm posting it here for Feedback, which is well appreciated in advance.

It's only the first draft, the character is very much still a 3d model but I think its pretty much done. So will rotoscope it soon or try to draw but my wrist never healed right.
I think I've got a good composition, I know its not quality yet, especially the background but I'm hoping it is going the right direction.
I've expressed to the Mrs. how I dislike the Z thing she wanted for the arms, Well I did that when she asked for it but actually being able to show it gave me more leverage so I'm going to try a different pose for draft 2. Perhaps something a little less campy like a Z with her arms.
Will post second draft soon as its done, if you have any advice or ideas please let me know.
