When the Elite Bridge Officers Upgrade Tokens were first released, I did not see their value, but I was wrong. These are great. Equipping a kit frame on BOff gives them the same benefits it would for you.

I use the Risan Kit Frames for my Awayteam. These kits can be rolled to [KP/Wpn][Kperf]x3. The Proc from those kits will work on BOff trained with a Risan Training Manual.

Additionally, activating Risian Kit Modules while this kit is equipped has a 20% chance of activating the effect of any random Risian Kit Module (Including modules that are not owned or equipped).

I also equipped them with the Personal Trait Field Technician for Kit Readiness.

From the Summer Event Store, I have 2 Sci BO each with Training Manual - Science - Seismic Agitation I.

My away team consists of 2 Science and 2 Engineers.

I like crowd control abilities. One Engineer has the Anchor of Gre'thor. One Science has the Paradox Bomb.
Both engineers have the three pieces Kuumaarke Visionary for the set bonuses. I love it when they rain down Lightning.

They can use combat pets and special devices. Putting the 2 Targs on a BOff will trigger the Targ Handler Set. Equipping your BOff with stuff like combat pets, Shard of Possibilities, and Ophidian Cane, you have a small army with crowd control. On Elite, my BOff can take out the Boss without me. BOff don't use their weapons effectively, so it's more about their abilities and how often they use them. AoE abilities are generally the best. You will want to spread the love.

I am generally not a big fan of the Elite Bridge Officer Tokens, because end game content is generally with fellow players, and story content (with your BOs) is generally fairly easy anyway. That being said, if it brings you joy, why not level up your BOs. You have optimized your BOs nicely, and I'm sure that you're having a lot of fun!

I like to maximize my performance regardless of whether space or ground. I've always treated my bridge officers well. I want to play at the highest Difficulty level and consider dying the same as failure. Unfortunately, this game has hit some walls. The new Hard Patrols are starting to get easy. Those new advanced consoles threw this game off.
