    I can't get my crit chance over 52%, how are people getting 70? I have all superior Romulan boffs and captain, and every good crit console available that's not $300+ to buy, or need 70 billion EC to get.

    A "resting" crit chance of 52% is probably fine. When you are in combat, you likely will have various traits and procs buffing this stat further, and Accuracy in excess of your target's defense rating will also give a small crit buff. Thus, your crit chance in practice is likely higher than the number you see on your stats screen sitting outside ESD. TRINITY tries to account for these additional factors, so depending on the build setup on the spreadsheet or in parsing you may be experiencing 90-100% crit rates on your main attack modes from a 50% resting rate build. While it probably is possible to push your resting rate to 70%, you get zero benefit for exceeding 100% crit chance so you may get better mileage from buffing something else instead.

    The Altamid Modified Swarm Processor and the Lorca's Custom Fire Controls are some easy to get consoles and i would say Lorca is a must have and both give big amounts of CrtH for a single consoles.

    I have those. they aren't epic, but at very rare so it's only .2% difference in crit chance. that's not the same as 20% i see on this guy's ship. I can maybe drop some things that give weapons bonus damage to increase crit chance, but i think it would work against me dps wise.

    There is a difference between base CrtH and what you develop during combat.

    I'm not a DPS chaser by any means.

    But I added a couple extra of these consoles and was very happy with the results. Anything I can do to make my Phasers burn a little hotter with little investment always makes me happy. Thanks for the info!
