    It probably depends on your overall build. I checked out the math on a BO build and a FAW tank build I had worked up in STO Better's TRINITY tool and on both of my builds Super Charged Weapons came out on top, but the difference worked out to less than 1% difference in DPS in both cases. Your mileage may vary depending on how your specific ship is set up, but if you are just looking at swapping out one of these traits for the other, you probably won't notice much of a difference. Depending on what the rest of your build looks like, there might be a case for using Heart of Sol, but it is probably the kind of thing that would need mathed out to figure out whether it might be worth it for your setups.
