I have 2 main goals for this build. First, I want to keep on-theme as much as possible, so Jem'Hadar fighters and Polaron weapons on the carrier are a must, and the goal is that most of the damage come from Hanger Pets, Wingmen, and Reinforcements. I know it's not the most optimal in terms of maximizing DPS, but I'm going for fun but still useful here less than wiping Elite Private TFOs. Second, I want to try and avoid as much as possible buying anything I don't already own off the cash shop (so no Elite Captain token). The exception is that I'm planning to buy the Jem'Hadar Vanguard Support Carrier using my next T6 coupon for the trait and console. I'm also currently building it as a T6, but it will get upgraded to a T6-X (most likely before I get the Support Carrier, in which case I've noted the addition I've planned to make for the Universal Console slot).

For BOffs, I'm planning on rocking between Fire at Will and Scatter Volley to keep SAD active as much as possible (hopefully I'll find enough cooldown to make them perma). Only thing else I'm mostly sure of is that the Commander Sci BOff will probably be using Gravity Well I and Tyken's Rift III.

You should consider getting the Terran Hydra Intel Destroyer for the console and Trait it is a big buff to Pet damage.

I was actually just looking at that one. Looks like it may actually be a better choice than the support carrier for trait/console. May go that route with my next T6 coupon instead.

I'm working on a very similar thing for one of the "second-tier" characters on my roster. You might want to swap Tyken's Rift and Gravity Well, but try it and see if you get enough pull from GW1.

I'm also using Relaunch and Repair, but for me that's about getting my Captain powers recharged. (NB: I know the personal Trait Intelligence Agent Attache is very good for Captain ability recharge, this guy may pick it up down the line, but for right now budget concerns rule the day.)
