To quickly clear the loots from the screen I use the following.
This lets me use the default F Interact key with the added command to "need" loot. Does not cause any issues with the normal operation of this key. In Random Queues everyone needs.
F "InteractWindow$$LootRollNeed"
This will let you pass on loot.
J "LootRollPass"
If you never collect loot you could use this.
F "InteractWindow$$LootRollPass"
I have a Razer Tartarus Pro gamepad so I don't use the keybind for LootRollPass. I use the default Ctrl+Z as a macro and assign it to a key.
I used STOKeybind to get these keybinds.
