    Here's my thinking. With Emergency Power to Weapons on my spambar, there are times when Emergency Power to Engines will not be available for resetting Evasive Maneuvers since they shared a cooldown. So, I decided to replace Emergency Power to Engines with Emergency Power to Shields and place it on my spambar. I swapped the Starship Trait History Will Remember with Weapons Hot, Deflectors To Full for the 8.5% weapons haste. This will make my ship a bit more squishy, but as long as I'm aware of what's going on and keep rocking my ship the defense bonus I get with using Sensor-Linked weapons should compensate.

    Looks very good only two things:

    The Flagship Tactical Computer will become redundant if someone else uses it on a team run minus the 2 piece bonus and second I would go for more haste other than that it is a very solid build.
