    Technical Services - Technical Support Technician
    CL4 - Tier 2 (Lieutenant)

    Technical Support Technicians are the first line of support regarding website and Discord technical support requests within the UFP. They also handle bug reports as assigned by the Technical Services Command Team and Technical Services Engineer.

    JOB DUTIES
    • Assist members of the UFP who have submitted a support request.
    • Work with the Technical Services Engineer to help resolve members' technical issues.
    • Report any errant website behaviour to the Technical Services Command Team for immediate action.
    • Participate in tests of new website features as they are developed and report any issues.
    • The successful candidate of this role would report to Jess & Pedigo


    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Exams: Orientation Assessment & Officer Qualification Exam
    • A background in Customer Service or Technical Support is preferred, but not required.
    • Must be willing to work directly with members to resolve issues through forum PM or Discord.
    • Is it a CL5 position? No
      PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
