    On the way to the next clue, the U.S.S. Discovery is sabotaged by a mysterious weapon, leaving Captain Burnham, Rayner, and Stamets as the only crew members who can possibly save the ship in time.

    Interesting episode, leaning into some time travel hijinks for the first time since Season 3's "time travel is illegal" rule. Made for a nice way to revisit the history of the series without being an overt "the writers are lazy this week, so we're just going to rerun a bunch of clips" episode that was all too common with sci-fi shows a few decades ago. Not a ton of plot advancement for the overall season though, so I kind of felt like in the bigger picture maybe this nostalgia trip maybe could be skipped without getting lost in the larger narrative, but we'll see how the rest of the season goes.

    I quite enjoyed this episode, especially the call back to Magic the Sanest Man go Mad was very fun (as small as it was compared to the other call backs this episode). I did like how we got another look at the Early Discovery uniforms again and seeing Airiam again got me emotionally more than I expected. The moving through time and space was surpring to me especially when we went to Earth Dry dock. Now I was slightly dissapointed that the future one where it was covered in dust was in fact not during the Short Trek Calypso as I hoped that would be explained soon. I also liked the expansion of Staments, Burnham and Rayners characters in this.

    Looking forward to nexrt week after this one.

    Last week I couldn’t make a post after I watched this episode since no one created the topic yet…


    This episode was pretty cool, a time bug and foreshadowing a possible futures with been etc etc… really boosted the connection with Co and XO
