    Executive Officer
    Reports To
    Grim Shepard
    Role Purpose
    You are second in command of the Academy Department. Assists the CO in the daily operations of the of the Academy Department
    Accountabilities
    - Updating old courses
    - Improving resources/multimedia for courses (images, videos, etc.)
    - Answering all questions from cadets
    - Creating new courses for the academy
    - Making sure Staff are working to their best ability
    - Making sure SFA runs smoothly
    Skills/Experience
    - Research Skills
    - Analyzing and preparing information for instruction
    - Organizational skills
    - Excellent Communication Skills
    - Instructional Experience
    - Leadership or Gaming Experience
    - Knowledge of Moodle or willing to learn
    What course(s) does this position Require?
    • Command Course
    • Academy Course
