D'kyr Class Science Vessel

I just popped onto TRIBBLE (first time in a while), and, as always, I looked for any of the experimental ships. The D'Kyr Vulcan Science Vessel is about to come onto the holodeck. Here are some pics:

The ships pretty slow, almost like an engineering ship. It has a special ability though, it has the ability to launch a support ship that will fire at enemy ships.

To be honest, I like it, my favourite part is the animation of when the support ship comes in and out. You should check it out.

It is a lovely looking ship gave it a try with my Engineer, I may have to correct you though as the support ship isn't designed for combat (it has 1 turret for defence), it's main job is to 'support' so if you are targeting a friendly ship when you deploy it, it will follow said ship and use extend shield on it (may use other powers not sure).

And they will increase the turn rate by the time it hits holodeck http://forums.startrekonline.com/sho...98#post3325298 looking at the stats it's the ultimate support ship.

I started leveling up my fed sci toon so I can get this ship.... went from cpt 6 to 7 last night

Bought one ready for my next Fed Sci, got him from Captain 4 to Captain 8 in a few hours so after some sleep will get him to Admiral.
