I know that many players do not like the look of those ships. But thanks to customization i am able to present my current Presidio build, the USS Emile Durkheim, orbiting Andoria for everyones enjoyment

I'm not a big fan of the command ships, to me they suffer from the same issues a lot of the unique cryptic designs.

Having said that, I like what you have done! Picture 3 in particular seems 'Trek' to me, and is very well done!

Well I am still not a fan of ze Fed Command ships; they shouldve patterned it after ze odey class T_T but as fer meh development of "DPS" support build fer them is going pretty nicely... I am currently using ze Vastam as meh test platform tho...

Thank you. And i fully agree. Those Cryptic design do not feel anywhere star trek or federation-like and i cant force myself flying my ships with their default hull. Thats why i always try to use the customization options as much as possible. It took me quite some time to get this thing to work but i think its totally worth the work. I can even say that the ship as it is now is one of my favourites in my hangar bay when it comes to performance AND looks.

As for the choice of yours: Since STO is so much DPS based a good DPS support cruiser like the Presidio will always be a good choice. Though i have to admit that the versatility of the Guardian appeals to me and its definetly one of the ships im going to buy if i have the zen to spare (i simply LOVE Gravity Well + FAW )

As much as I am not fond of STO/Cryptic designed ships, I actually think this one is quite nice. Nice shots too

At least they are getting back into allowing customization. When the game launched almost every ship was customizable but they quickly got away from that. Glad to see it returning.

Plus noone should forget that the Andoria System is quite a nice system for "shootings". I especially like the lightning and planet colours there.

Great shots! As an Andorian character I know first hand how awesome the system is! I just wish that Cryptic did more on the ground or underground! To me the jury's still out on the newer Cryptic ships, I tend to like the look of the newer ships but then I look at the primary deflector and it ruins it for me. But until I fly them I won't pass my final judgement.

I love my Presidio, I have it set up as the standard version, only thing that bugs me is the glow of the nacelles are off axis, so whenever I warp in or out the glow is next to the nacelles
